The Volkswagen ID.4 is a fully electric SUV, built on Volkswagen's dedicated MEB electric platform. Offering a spacious interior and a range of up to 323 miles (WLTP) depending on the variant, the ID.4 is designed for families and long-distance driving alike.
The Volkswagen ID.4 uses a Type 2 to Type 2 Charging Cable and has a maximum onboard charging capacity of 11 kW (AC). For the fastest home or public AC charging, we recommend the 3-Phase, 32A cable, which can deliver the full 11 kW and charge from empty to full in around 8 hours 15 minutes. The ID.4 also supports DC rapid charging at up to 135 kW, allowing you to charge from 5 to 80% in approximately 38 minutes at a compatible rapid charger.
